Aachi Gongura Pickle is a rendition of the famous delicacy from Guntur cuisine of Andhra Pradesh. The pickle is made from sour, mineral-rich sorrel or gongura leaves. Ingredients like red chillies, curry leaves, tamarind and fenugreek make it a medley of lip-smacking flavours.
