Aachi Gongura Pickle is a rendition of the famous delicacy from Guntur cuisine of Andhra Pradesh. The pickle is made from sour, mineral-rich sorrel or gongura leaves. Ingredients like red chillies, curry leaves, tamarind and fenugreek make it a medley of lip-smacking flavours.
Gongura leaves (39%), Water, Salt, Spices (Chilli, Coriander, Fenugreek, Mustard, Whole red chilli, Turmeric, Asafoetida), Sesame oil, Cottonseed oil, Tamarind, Citric acid and Acetic acid as Acidity regulator (E 330 & E 260).
